Composition of the Partnership
The Partnership Team manages the day-to-day operations of the Partnership. The Partnership Team is led by a dedicated Partnership Manager supported by a Communications Manager, Data Manager and Treasurer.
The Partnership Manager has full responsibility for managing all activities and ensuring the effective operation of the Partnership by overseeing the preparation and delivery of the operational case in line with programme rules. This will include analysing and advising on proposed sites, monitoring the impact of camera activity, monitoring budgets, identifying efficiency improvements and implementing best practice.

The Partnership Steering Group
All Partnerships are required to have a Steering Group to oversee the strategic direction and overall running of the Partnership. This is made up of senior representatives from each partner with a remit to agree the strategy of the Partnership, ensuring that it is aligned with the broader road safety objectives of the area.
