Making South Yorkshire Safer

Publication Scheme

South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires public authorities to have a publication scheme, which is a means of providing access to information which an authority proactively publishes.

The information is set out in a ‘Public Guide’ under the headings:

·         Who we are and what we do

·         What we spend and how we spend it

·         What our priorities are and how we are doing

·         How we make decisions

·         Our policies and procedures

·         Lists and Registers

·         Services provided

The document lists the information available and where it can be obtained. This is done by following a link to another document, a link to the information within the Safety Camera Partnership website or a link to another website. Where information has not been published on the website, a written request is required. Please see the procedure for requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act.
